PERINGENERATORS supports EMERGENCY in Uganda for the Pediatric Hospital designed by the archistar Renzo Piano
PERINGENERATORS renews its commitment with the humanitarian organization EMERGENCY, claiming, along with several prestigious companies (Agatos Energy SRL, Casalgrande Padana, Duferdofin-Nucor SRL, Elettronica Santerno, Enel Greenpower, Promotion Foundation Steel, Stahlbau Pichler SRL, Giugliano buildings metal SRL, Foundation Prosolidar, I Guzzini, Mapei SpA, Maspero Elevatori SPA, Terni Energia and Zintek) the important and impressive project of a new Hospital in Uganda, specializing in Pediatric Surgery.
The project is the work of the famous archistar Renzo Piano, who designed the hospital in collaboration with Tamassociati, Milan Engineering (structural design) and Prisma engineering (plant design).

The hospital will be built in Entebbe, on a plot of land donated by the Government of Uganda, 35 km from the capital Kampala. It will be built with a local construction technique “earth pisè” that uses the raw land, ensuring a thermal inertia that will maintain constant the temperature and humidity in the building. With a surface area 9 thousand square meters, will have 3 operating rooms and 80 beds and will also be a training center for young doctors and nurses from Uganda and around.
